Abstract Submission Instructions
Authors addressing advancement and innovation are invited to submit a one page abstract for review and possible presentation at the Symposium. Please follow the instructions and guidelines for AMTA 2025 Abstract submission.

Authors of all papers that are accepted, registered, and presented at AMTA 2025 will appear in the AMTA 2025 proceedings as well as have the option to post their paper to IEEE Xplore.
AMTA 2025 abstract submissions are managed on the AMTA website.

If you already have an account in AMTA, follow these instructions below.
- Click on the link below to create a submission. https://www.amta.org/custom/submissions
- Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
- Review the submission guidelines and click on I agree with the guidelines to create a submission.
- Complete all the required fields on all the screens.*If required fields are missing data, you will see the missing data fields indicated with red text.
- Review the Abstract for accuracy. You can click on the Make Corrections button at the bottom of the review screen to change any information before submission.
- Click Submit Abstract on the bottom of the Review Abstract of your screen when you are ready to submit your abstract.
All emails come from technical-coordinator@amta.org to ensure you receive all communication, please be sure βamta.orgβ is added as a safe sender or have your IT department white list βamta.org.β
If you do NOT have an account in AMTA, follow these instructions below.
- Click on the link below to create a submission. https://www.amta.org/custom/submissions
- Click Not an AMTA member at the top of the login form.
- Enter your email address, password, verify password, name and address. Click Submit. You will be anatomically logged in to the AMTA website.
- Review the submission guidelines and click on I agree with the guidelines to create a submission.
- Complete all the required fields on all the screens.*If required fields are missing data, you will see the missing data fields indicated with red text.
- Review the Abstract for accuracy. You can click on the Make Corrections button at the bottom of the review screen to change any information before submission.
- Click Submit Abstract on the bottom of the Review Abstract of your screen when you are ready to submit your abstract.
