CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation fee of 10% of the TOTAL registration and events fee will apply on all charges if cancelled by midnight (PDT) on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Substitutions are permitted. Only written requests for refunds received by Sunday, September 21, 2025 will be accepted. In exceptional cases, the AMTA Board of Directors may approve a cancellation refund request after the cutoff date.
